We are completely committed to ensuring our clients are 100% satisfied with their purchase and are proud of the fact that our return rate is less than 1%.
However, if for any reason, you feel that our products did not live up to your expectations we offer a no-hassle 60 day guarantee since the date of delivery of the product. This is in addition to a one-year warranty for our hammocks, tents, underquilts and any items over $100 USD to cover wear and tear.
Within the 60 day guarantee period, we will gladly exchange any lightly used and non-damaged product free of charge. In order to exchange a product, we will provide you shipping instructions and you will be sent a replacement product.
If you change your mind within the 60 day guarantee period, we will refund any unused items. Refunds will be issued once we have received your item in our warehouse in Toronto, Canada. For items, where the purchase price is more than $100 USD, a nominal shipping fee of $10 will be charged.

The product I received is defective. What should I do?
Pls email us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately and we will replace the item. In some cases, we may ask for pictures as proof of the damage.
I haven’t received my product?
Most of our items usually reach the destination within 2 weeks. In some cases, due to circumstances beyond our control there may be some delays in getting the product with you. Please email us and we will gladly follow up.
At each step of the process, you will get notifications from us letting you know on the status of your order - when it has left our supplier's warehouse, when it has reached the destination country etc. You can also track the status of your order through our tracking application by entering your order # and email here:
Please note that we can only track orders for 60 days from the date of purchase. If more than 60 days have passed, we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund or an exchange.
How long is the returns process?
Processing returns may take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your return. We will email you to confirm once your return has been processed.
When will I receive my refund?
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account. If you haven't received a credit for your return yet, here's what to do: Contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.
